(2 pack) Sprague Foods Brand - Vegan Sloppy Joes, Just Heat and Eat, Preservative Free, Easy Open 15oz Can

My vegetarian family love these sloppy Joe cans and the Chili version to. I have started creating a storage of these for the days I'm not feeling like cooking or if the weather looks bad. The texture is not overly thick like heavy meat ones but also not really watery. Somedays when I'm lazy I don't add cheese and it still taste great. You know it's good when the toddlers eat it. -ChangingMaples

This vegetarian option is absolutely delicious. If you look at the ingredients, it's all healthy stuff. I use it as a crumbled meat substitute for some recipes. It lasts on the shelf. IMHO a great meatless find!!

These Vegan Sloppy Joe's are fantastic! BETTER than home made sloppy joes with meat! It's a super hot day today, and I noticed the can says "ready to eat," so I tried a spoonful right out of the can... was amazed at how good it is! Ate 3 spoonfuls like that! Because it already tasted so good I heated it very slightly for a few seconds in microwave %26 spooned it over King's Hawaiian Pretzel Sliders - OMG!! Delicious combination!!! So good you could serve it like that at a party and get rave reviews. The Sprague Sloppy Joes have a subtle smoky flavor like gourmet barbecue. Excellent texture; not mushy. I'm glad the spice level is mild; it means I can eat more of them more often! (People who want everything red hot can easily add hot sauce.) This would be a great food to take camping; so easy to fix. I think it would make nutritious nachos or bean dip too. I'm VERY happy to have found Sprague, happy their Vegan Sloppy Joes are nutritious, and happy with the affordable price. Will be buying more asap!

It's vegan and I love it. I love the taste. I get 4 hamburger bun sanwiches from on can. Try it. <3

Awesome plant based food. Never going back to buying products from factory farms which is where 99% of animal based food comes from. Delicious!

I had high hopes for this sloppy Joe in a can, but I did not care for it and neither did my husband. The consistency is great, but there is one particular spice in it that I do not like. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly what it is so I can't name it. For that reason, I suggest giving it a try because not everyone is sensitive to this particular spice. However, I would start with only one can. It wasn't that we couldn't eat it, just wasn't our favorite. I will not buy again, but that's just me... you might love it.

These were fine except they didn't taste like sloppy joes. The sauce had more of a BBQ flavor instead of the traditional sloppy joe flavor. Otherwise they would have been good and handy in a pinch for a quick meal.

Needs to package items better

It was actually decent, especially if You like plant based foods. Can definitely tell the difference though. Has a kick to the tastes.

I didn't love this. I can't recommend this item. I didn't care for the taste or texture, had to force myself to eat this %26 not waste. No hard feelings, I just... can't.
