This was prescribed as a supplement to help restless leg syndrome. Research tells me it is a good quality and reasonably priced supplement, but I don't know yet about its effects on the RLS - that may take a while.

I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and took an RX for it that never seemed to help. Starting taking this and the numbness and tingling went away in my hand!

I have used this brand from Walmart for years, vitamins and supplements. Things have changed some but I have for years in past times saw the expert wisdom used in getting us and enormous range vitamins and supplements on the shelves at Walmart (borage oil, msm, pyncogonol ect.) This is one of the departments that made Walmart great........we had an expertly stocked health supplement store in Walmart. Expert buyers, expert, well informed product choices. I have found some unexpected choices on the shelves that were reccomend by my vitamin and herbs bibles. This department came in handy when covid came and there was no cure (garlic caps, vitamin-d, echinacea ect.)

I like item very much only got one time %26 tried get in store also but it hard get so I'm canceling my membership because of that

I only take this occasionally. If you've been exposed to mold this is the supplement that will help you health wise.

I use this as it was recommended by a friend for neuropathy I already take gabapentin and this works great with it

This has been amazing for my neuropathy I don't have the numbness and tingling since I've been taking it

My doctor recommended getting this vitamin to help with my health. I have had better blood tests since using it.

i have a pinched nerve in my neck and it is shocking me on a daily basis I take about 1200 a day of these and they work wondes

this one definitely helps blood sugars. but, i for fatigue and headaches each say i took this one. that wasnt okay with me. im taking blood sugar support foem the same brand. it works well minus the side effects from this one. also, i take metamucil with every meal.
