I got just what I ordered on time. Caught a fish using the weights last Saturday., nice 2.5 lb bass.

A great, big fish, catching machine!🐟
Great jig, used it for about 20 years now, only jig I use. Out of the package just like Denny Brauer likes it, skirt just behind hook, and thinned out weed guard. Caught a ton of bass on it, and a bunch of pike. If we get a bite on it and we get plenty, usually a bigger fish than average. Only us black/ blue color, have caught fish in any kind of water anywhere as well. I will keep buying them, and Walmart has the half ounce under $3, woooo!!

Strike King Strikes Again!
Strike King has always been a dependable, well-made tackle brand. I don't use many crank baits, but SK jigs and spinner baits hold up well. I trimmed the weed guard back a bit, to increase hook ups, but would leave it alone if I were going through particularly dense cover.

These are my favorite lures. They can get through a lot of rocks and foliage, but they're not completely weedless. Although... I don't any lure is. Great product.

This Blue/Black jig catches fish.
This Blue / Black Strike King Pro Model Jig catches fish! I like to give it small jerks when retrieving as it make the skirt flare out to improve visibility and causes the rattle to create noise. I believe the rattle helps the fish feel and locate the jig increasing the number of strikes you get. Strike King jig skirts have seem to have less strands than some others but get the job done.
