Bought these for my neighbor who was going to have a yard sale. I placed them at the end of the street and was visibly seen from a distance. You need to write in your address recommend using a black thick sharpie to see the address. The wires that stick out need to be pushed into the ground, they are skinny enough just to push them in if you have a soft surface. No need for a hammer. Don't for get to place the arrow facing the right way towards your house.

These are great to use for a yard sale. I wrote on them with a black sharpie the first yard sale and wiped it off with alcohol and was able to use them again.

These are great signs but very difficult to install in rocky desert landscaping. We pulled them off the wire stanchions and taped them to large boxes. Worked like a charm!

These garage sale signs are not suited for the ground in my area, iit proved to be very difficult to get them in the ground. I could only get them in our hard rocky ground about an inch and a half and they ended up blowing over. They're very interesting and not what I expected at all. I wouldn't say they're necessarily a bad value for the money but they're not a great value either. They are a printed trash bag (kind of like one of those thin mailers) that has been fitted over a 1/8th inch Steel Rod like a tent stake the kind that you get with your tent before you upgrade it to a better quality one. On the plus side they are lightweight and honestly if you live in an area like California or someplace that has grass that you're putting them into the ground in, they would be perfect!! also, as long as you don't write on them they would be waterproof too.

The size was perfect for the sign and the color. I do believe it helped bring people to the garage sale. However, if you get the sign make sure you tape it to the stand in case there are stronger winds than expected. Ours was blown away on the first day and I don't know where it went and the stakes were completely bent.

Signs are not stiff. They are made out of plastic like a shopping bag. Area to write address, date %26 time too small. And on top of that, very difficult to write on since the plastic moves around. I ended up creating a document with the sale details, printing it out and Scotch tapping it onto the signs I bought. I will be putting the signs around tomorrow so I do not know yet it they will stand up well once I hammer the stakes into the ground.
