One exploded
After installing and inflating one of these inner tubes to 90 psi, after a few minutes, it exploded. It split apart, in a straight line along the direction of the tube, on the inside (toward the wheel frame). I installed the other one, and inflated it to 40 psi, and I'm leaving it overnight to see if it acclimates better. Maybe full inflation shouldn't be done right after installing? I also went to my local Walmart and picked up a Bell tube they had in stock, and gave it 40 psi, to start. The rubber seemed a little softer. Maybe it's newer. We'll see.
