Swiss Kriss is THE BEST
I use this near daily. I typically take 1/2 dose, but with all natural ingredients, it's the best product on the market. The old marketing ads with Louis Armstrong are hilarious, too: “Leave it all behind ya!”

Best solution
This is really the only thing that works for me for chronic constipation. I've actually been using it for several years on a daily basis. If I don't, I have problems I'm really grateful for this product! I feel the price is fair and I'm grateful that Walmart carries it.
