I have osteoarthritis in my knees and have tried a number of OTC pain relievers. Most only work for a short time, but this works quickly and lasts for 12 hours, at least for me. I apply it in the morning and it usually works all day, unless I overdo it, in which case,,I reapply it and get fast relief. It also works if I can't sleep because of pain, letting me get a full night's sleep. I have recommended this to my doctor.

I like the Theraworx brand. I use the one for muscle cramps, nerve pain and this one for joint pain. I put it on my knees morning and night and feel it works quite well.

love the product..it does give some relief for bone on bone arthritis pain...i highly recommend it with biofreeze.
