Material is super soft made of cotton, perfect to clean my gun. I also love the shape because it is exactly what I need to make a smooth clean. The white color let's me see how good I'm cleaning my gun. There are 200 units so it will last me for a long time.

I retired from the military after 30 years, and I know what it means to keep your weapons clean. I have tried many different clean pads. These Thunder Cloud 2.25 Square Cotton Black Powder Firearm Cleaning patches are very good. They secure well with the cleaning rod, and the patches hold both the cleaning solution, and the gun lubricant. They are 100 percent cotton, and I use less patches because of the quality of these patches. This was a very good find.

These are a good mix for cleaning firearms. They are a good size for many calibers and they are also a good density for use with both solvents and oils. I have several guns of all different calibers and these do the trick for most all of them including handguns. They are made with cotton and incredibly soft but tough! Give these a try before you spend tons of money on some other brand. Soft, tough and cotton....about as good as it gets.
