(2 pack) Tramontina Pro-Series 4" Kitchen Paring Knife

This knife sharp, durable and strong. I've used it on eggplant, apples, oranges, tomatoes, carrots, and mangos both cutting and peeling are pretty simple tasks. You can see from the pictures the cuts are able to be smaller and more even without any real effort. I also put it through the dish washer without any issue.

I've been using this great little knife since it arrived and let me say it is now my go to knife to cut all my vegetables! Perfect size that fits in my hand so that I have complete control over it unlike some where you about take the tips of your fingers off. Super shape that it just glides thru whatever you are cutting. Definitely going to get another once I wear this one out. Highly recommend, give it a try you will not be disappointed!

This knife is a household favorite now for quickly cutting lemons, oranges, apples, and other fruit. I wouldn't suggest it for heartier things like potatoes or carrots. I like the fact it can be washed in the dishwasher. I have many other knives that are hand wash only. The handle is very light weight, the blade is sharp, and it dries without leaving any rust marks. It came well packaged. I would recommend this to any home cook or for a beginner.

These knives are GREAT for cleaning up unwanted fats, tendons and such in meats and poultry . The thin pointy tip is perfect for small jobs , probably big ones too .

Much sharper than I expected

Most paring knives are 3.5” our household always seems to use them. I was pleased to see that these are 4” blades. They are sharp and get the job done. I hand wash them as I don't think they'll fair well in the dishwasher.
