This works well for me with my other meds. Helps with falling asleep and ease night pain . Thank goodness no heartburn or gut flora which I'm very thankful for.
I've used Tylenol PM for quite a few year I can fall asleep I just can't stay asleep so when I wake up after 2 or 3 hours I take Tylenol PM and that gives me another four or five hours and sleep

I took this after having surgery on my arm. I was hoping it would help me sleep better. I feel like it had the opposite effect for me. I felt like I was wide awake. Maybe I'm one of the people who doesn't get sleepy from diphenhydramine.
