I've used Tylenol PM for quite a few year I can fall asleep I just can't stay asleep so when I wake up after 2 or 3 hours I take Tylenol PM and that gives me another four or five hours and sleep

Took this in 2-pack form and didn’t realize how hard it would hit me as I wasn’t intending on sleeping at the time. DEFINITELY only take this before bed as you WILL feel like you hadn’t slept in 4 days. It’s that effective.

Gentle on the stomach & quick to relieve pain . I liked the medication & the instructions are very easy & the formulation is pretty good quality. The taste is good .

This doesn’t really help me with sleep but it does help with night time aches and pains. I wish it would knock me out to sleep but sadly it doesn’t. I will continue to use it for pain from time to time.

I took this after having surgery on my arm. I was hoping it would help me sleep better. I feel like it had the opposite effect for me. I felt like I was wide awake. Maybe I'm one of the people who doesn't get sleepy from diphenhydramine.
