It's really great to get 2 remotes for basically the price of one. We needed a new one for our TV since our old one that came with it broke in half, basically. So i am very happy with these remotes and they seem very similar to my old one. I am happy to have found a replacement.

I love that this item comes in a 2-pack, the reason being that my wife loses remotes constantly. Since the original remote has gone into another dimension never to be found the 2-pack gives me a little extra time before I have to order more. The only thing that I didn't like was the instructions or lack there-of. The only way to learn what it can do is the old "Let's push this button and see what it does". So all I cared about was it turns the tv on, changes the channels, and makes it louder. The wife is happy and I have a back-up when she loses this one. Three Thumbs Up for the 2-pack!!

It was very simple to use. I put in two AAA batteries which is not included. I pointed to my television press the power button, and it started working very simple worth the money.

I was disappointed in these universal remotes. They are like one I have and I cannot get the hang of how it works. I prefer the other type with the numbers and other icons. I guess this will be ok for those who are into the new electronics but it is not what the older generation needs. Sorry.

I'm on day %233 of trying to get this to work on my Samsung TV. Finding the menu is difficult. There were no directions in the box. So far, I can watch Youtube. I think I got there by accident. I am hoping my grandson will stop over and straighten me out.
