Its delish. I've never had meatballs w/o pasta in a can but honeeey let me tell you these meatballs are rich and flavorable. They taste like homemade. So filling. I made some with protein pasta. For me as a single person the can provides 2 servings. Who knew plant based meatballs could be sooo delish. This is not the can of spaghetti and meatballs from childhood. Move over Chefboyardi, this is real hearty adult food. This is going to be a regular staple in my pantry for a quick nutritious meal. Economical and a great portion. Give them a try you will not be disappointed
Unmeat, where have you been all my life? First, it tastes at least as good as any meatball and it's plant based! So it is healthier for you. With this product I don't have to eat meat anymore. Sometimes, I just snack on them right out of the can!
I am vegetarian and it is rare that I try something new, and it is even rarer that I like it. In this case, it was love at first bite. I loved them so much that I immediately ordered more from the website and am now awaiting delivery. The taste, texture and visual appearance are divine perfection. I plan to never be without this item.
Oh my goodness. Wasn't expecting this to be so good! The meatballs are fairly small, which is fine because there are a lot and plenty of sauce. Im so glad i decided to try something new. I was tired of not having any meat with my pasta, and now i don't have to make the sacrifice!
We're just discovering the UnMeat products, and when we tried this one we were very happy. It's just one can, but there were 8 meatballs inside with premade sauce, so all we had to do was make the noodles and warm it up to share - It's not a huge meal, but tasty and we'll be taking some camping this summer for sure.
These are the best plant protein meatball's already prepared for sandwiches or pasta. Texture is like real meat. Highly Recommend
Ordered for delivery not long ago. One of the cans was damaged. Received this week's delivery just now. Again one can is damaged. Quality of contents is kind of inconsistent. Some cans are very salty with alot of grease on top. Others are good.
These meatballs are a fast alternative to cooking something from scratch. They are very easy, and fast to prepare. and are ready to eat in no time. Not everyone will like the taste however.
I think it goes without saying that processed foods tend to have a higher sodium content, but not usually so much that it makes your tongue burn. After tasting this and THEN looking at the nutrition facts I was blown away by how much sodium was actually in it. I don't think I've ever seen a label that high. The meatballs themselves tasted pretty good but all the salt is in the sauce. Noticeably Not good. Maybe it's better if you hose them off first.
Tastes like a war between spaghetti sauce and barbecue sauce. No one wins. I served it with thin spaghetti and can't imagine how bad it would be without it, at least the spaghetti took away some of the strength of the flavor. Any kind of sauce would be better even the kind of SpaghettiOs uses I would not recommend this and I will never purchase it again. Frozen plant based meatballs are better.
