how these products work ladies is you have to eat a high calorie meal with it. you cant just have it alone . i had eggs bacon sandwich with this lactation milk . hrs later my milk was ready to feed . i was leaking both sides.

Tastes delicious. I tried the berry one initially and yuck, it tastes exactly how it smells, very herby, not good. This goes down easy. I was afraid to try fenugreek because it has negative supply effects for some women and always that person so I steered clear, but finally with my second breast feeding journey decided to give it a try. I went from 19-20oz to now making 23-26oz. Not drastic, but not bad either!

It's taste good !!!!!With Almond Milk (Vanilla or unsweetened) for unsweetened two packs with a big 8oz cup !!! Reviews will throw you off between other brands too !!! I'm glad I try and I'm hooked and it works 5 days from birth I drank everyday regardless (2days prior 3/5) and after my milk finally came in on day 3 it's been going !!

I drink to packets every morning with my breakfast (could definitely get away with just one) and it helps my supply a lot. I think the chocolate flavor is really good. On a scale I'd say it's somewhere between normal chocolate milk and a chocolate protein shake

It comes well recommended from my daughter who I ordered it for. She is about to give birth to my 3rd grandchild and says this product is a game changer for breastfeeding.

It does what it says it would do but doesn't have a thick chocolatey taste.

I personally found these to taste really gross. I tried putting it in multiple different drinks so see what I liked best and nothing tasted good with it
