The problem with lightweight clumping litter is that its dust residue embeds into flooring, and is beastly to remove from ceramic tile. This mat helps keep most of the litter residue off the floors. As the cats step out of the litter pan, the leftover dust from their paws ends up pulled into the mat, instead of onto the floor.

This mat is hearty and heavy. I have two cats... one an older proper gentleman and the other a sassy hyper little kitten. She loves to get into her box and fling litter everywhere and this mat has made it so that I'm not constantly sweeping up her personal playbox. Highly recommend.

This pad works very well with Pretty Litter, which is a high-tracking litter due to its lightweight nature. I went from putting on shoes to go into the storage room to clean his litterbox to not even worrying about socks being on.

This mat is well made, stays in place on a tile floor without shifting, and easily traps loose litter, including anything left on my cat's feet. it is also easy to dump and/or vacuum with a suction hose.

One of the best things Ive purchased in a while! if you have a cat or more than one, you may already have the stress of the litter being tracked around or gets all over the floor where the litter box is. I literally can not stand it! of course i clean it up multiple times daily, but being on a hard floor, it somehow manages to find its way in places no matter what you do to try and clean it and honestly i just cant tell you how annoying it is. I saw this and without any second thought, ordered it. Its really big! covers a large space so that you can have it surround your litter box and then some and it really holds the litter in that space so it does not track into other unknown areas. youll still have to clean this thing of course but at least the litter is contained to an area easily vacuumed up. it takes me no time to clean the litter from this mat and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a cat, because its really one less issue to be worried about on top of everything else in day to day life.

After seeing an "enclosed litter box" online and how expensive they are. i decided to make jy own, this mat played a crucial role in making sure no litter made it out. fairly easy to clean and if you really need to wash it, rinse it wirh a hose and throw it in the washer on cold and looks band new. 10/10 would recommend.

I mean the quality was nice for what I paid and it does its job but I found it just as easy to grab my cordless vacuum and vacuum each day in front of the litter box so I'm not using it. Otherwise you have to pick up The litter pad and dump it out and shake it somewhere and put it back down You really can't run a vacuum cleaner on top of it.

The cat rug works nicely for “Red” to wipe his paws on after he exits his hooded cat litter box.. It helps prevent him from tracking litter all over the floor by trapping the litter in %26 on the rug.. Some litter does get tracked onto the floor but the cat rug does help!!!

It's ok but if you don't shake it out often enough, the litter starts to pile up around the sides and a little bit on the floor. It's certainly better than nothing though! I guess I should be more on top of things but sometimes I don't shake it out often enough.

the two mats are so thin it doesn't take much to tear them for one another is when my cats come out of the litter box the litter from their paws go right through so when I lift the mat up there's LITTER EVERYWHERE!
