I have really bad issues with sleeping and a friend recommended this. The first time I took it, I was very pleased at how it worked and I slept surprisingly well. Subscription Ambien seemed to have an off and on effect, then after a while, no effect at all. Kind of expect the same with this but will ride this until it stops.

I thought there were other ingredients that might make this work OK for me but there is no alcohol and diphenhydramine has never done much for me. A Walmart cash rebate made trying this less expensive. I hesitate to say it is ineffective because that compound does help others to sleep. I think you have to try this yourself before you know if it works for you. It is a very mild medication in a small dose. The tablet form of this is far less expensive per dose.

iI would have preferred a different flavor rather then 2 small bottles. The large bottle are 12oz the 2 small total only 8oz.

This product didn't work for me. I wasn't able to fall asleep any sooner than usual.
