Great way to get daily dose of vitamins. Started using when conventional vitamins bothered my stomach. These are tasty and don't bother. Sometimes the gummies stick together, but otherwise no down side.

I've been taking Vitafusion Mem's Multi for years. When I run out, I do feel a bit sluggish. All I know is that I never get colds or flu-like symptoms, and I credit this multivitamin. Again, it works for me, and I recommend this to friends and family... that says it all.

Had knee pain started taking these, knee Pain went away. If I stop taking them the knee pain returns in a week. So they do very well for me.

For years I've taken a multi-vitamin and they taste awful, they look like horse pills and let's face it, the older we get sometimes the harder it is to swallow those horse pills. Gummies, I thought were just a fad and didn't have the same "punch" as the old traditional horse pills. Well, I looked at the labels side by side and I was wrong. They not only have the same or more vitamins, they taste much better. Give it a try, you won't be unhappy you did.

Don't recommend the gummy format. Too sticky to get out of the bottle.
