Does the job
I like to eat my protein instead of drinking it and BCAA are quiet limited at this regard so this product is really welcome. Amount of BCAA is not that much unless you eat lot of them but then it becomes expensive. I think the taste is texture is bit like a gummy candy. It does what I expected it to do.

Does the job
The taste is quite good. Sometimes I eat too many of them 😅. The quality of the box, the ingredients, the serving size are standard. I really like the taste though, I never skip using it when I workout.

Supplements
Had looked in most places and couldn't find the gummies, they taste great. They are way much better than the capsules,easy to swallow and they have great ingredients to supplement diet.

Not necessary
I later found out that this vitamin is not necessary because you already take a considerable amount of it from meat that you eat everyday unless you are a super professional bodybuilder Olympic I personally don't like the taste wish I didn't buy it😂
