I suffer from IBS and I read where this particular bacterium helps with the issues of bloating and uncomfortableness. I've tried several supplements and this is the first one that actually helps me with those particular issues. You only take one capsule a day and you're good to go.... easy. It's quite a relief for me!

Replenish gut flora after antibiotics
Easy way to get single strain probiotics. If I ever have to take an antibiotic I like to take probiotics for a while afterwards and this strain was recommended.
