Noticed an appetite difference immediately. These work and are great for people with PCOS! The benefits list is why I started talking them. If you're a woman you should add this to your regiment.

I've been using Chromium Picolinate for some time now , it helps lower blood sugar. Over the past few years I've found it very difficult to literally impossible to swallow capsules and large tablets, so finding the CP in a gummy was a huge win for me. Way to go Walmart!!!

it gave me headaches
I was taking it and I was having migraine headache so I stopped taking it in a headache stop so I don't know. I have a whole bottle that I haven't used finished dummy so I'm just gonna eat a half a gummy and see what
