Friend recommended these for joint pain. They seem to help for that. I gave the taste a 4 star rating because it is a little too peppery for me. It is not awful, just wish it came in other flavors, even though I realize the pepper is an essential ingredient.

I had been using another amazingly delicious Tumeric/Black Pepper/Ginger by another brand that recently almost doubled their price. I switched to this product because it was a reasonable price. I had to spit it out because it tasted so bad %26 was way too sweet. Returning if still possible.
