Recently fractured, my wrist and being out of my cast in a couple weeks I showed the doctor this and he said this would be perfect for me to use when I'm using that hand because of the weakness I tried it out loved it suggest these are better than anything I've ever bought

Cup is very small. I'm a little over 6 inches and the cup is very small and uncomfortable. If you are around 5 inches I think this would fit better.

These are high quality wrist supports. I use them lifting weights and other arm exercises. They keep my wrists stable so I can exercise in comfort.

it adds extra support when working out but of course if you have a wrist injury its best to have the kind that involves your thumb to to help with movement, for me i just have a ganglion cyst and need support for when it comes and goes when i lift weights.

Too large %26 bulky for my wrists…am 72 yo female of slender build. Just too bulky %26 big.
