I don't know if it lived up to my expectations because as it turned out, I ended up not using it so I'm keeping it until next time but in the past, I've had good luck with Zicam warding off viruses if I start using it as soon as I feel something coming on

This is my go to product the moment I can feel that something trying to attach to me, like the sniffles and congestion plus feeling more tired than normal. It must be taken on the onset. Catch it then and this stuff knocks it out of the ballpark. Very effective! Excellent way to stave off colds and flu. Only thing I don't like about it is it's generous on the sugar coating. A small sin I can live with to fight especially cold season!

This product really works against the common cold. I start taking it at the first sign of a cold, which is usually one or two sneezes out of nowhere, and continue taking it every 3 to 4 hours around the clock until symptoms are gone. When I begin a regiment of these Zicam gummy's or this Zicam melts and airborne every four hours I'm usually able to completely knock out a cold in 24-36 hours before I get fully sick. I continue using these two products for about the next 24 hours or so after symptoms are gone.

This is a GREAT product! If used at early signs of cold or illness, it has helped my family bounce back very quickly. If illness has already kicked in, it helped rid my family of most aliments!

Secom elderberry is my go to every signal time. I feel like I'm getting sick sneezing coughing anything like that I start taking it to in the morning to at night and it truly has kept me from getting full-blown sick.

These always work for me if I can take them at first sniffle and take a day in bed. There's a nasty cold going around at work so I ordered from Walmart and got these the same day. Packaged great and no 🆔 required like you need for so many cold medicines. Down side tastes like candy so you want more

The citrus fruit flavor of Zicam Cold Remedy is much, much better than these. I felt that the Elderberry flavor were terrible; I love this brand, but the flavor was purely medicinal. Yuck! I wasted $10 by throwing them out, and I'll never buy these again. I'd only recommend them if you have no sense of taste.

Cause severe stomach discomfort, cramping and diarrhea after 2 gummies within a 8hr period. Wasn't sure if Zicam was the cause until I took 1 the following day throughout the day and my stomach felt worse.
