I have been using these to help prevent night time muscle spasm in my legs. They seem to be helping and I'm hopeful they will do the trick. To much magnesium causes digestive issues and the magnesium glycinate is reported to help with that side effect. Hopeful it continues.

These magnesium gummies have made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. My doctor was also happy to see it contained CoQ10. I usually don't tolerate supplements well but have had no issue with these. I recommend you try them and hopefully you will also have good realists.

Great taste. I expected them to taste flavors only trying to mask the taste, but they didn't. I had to remind myself they were actually a medication and could be dangerous if too many are taken . BE CAREFUL NOT TO LEAVE THEM AROUND CHILDREN OF ANY AGE unless you know the older ones and teens are well aware they can not be eaten liberally

Serve their purpose. Not the best tasting or the best texture, all of them kind of stuck together in one big clump and I had to rip them apart but it's decently dosed, it's the type of magnesium I like, and it's a gummy. I struggle to take pills so I'll take what I can get.

I've been using it consistently for a month a no noticeable difference was made, that's my only complaint.

They came all stuck together and we had to cut the container open, then put the glob in leftover dish. Like a barrel of monkeys but stuck, sticky and a job to pull 2 out each day.

Although I could not find a cell by date on this product, it was definitely old and outdated and of no use for me. I'm so sorry I didn't send it back before the return by date. wasted money. I can't get to the old hard gummies right now because I have so much inflammation in my knees, and back. But the company that sold them should be band!

This product gave me stomachache and rashes around my belly that they look like bruises I'm very concern I stop taking them I wish I could get a refund but I order them long time ago and side effects started it a month after taking them
