plugs hooked right up to the app on my phone with no problem other types it takes hours because i have 5 mhz internet not 2.5 what ever that means highly recommend for a stress free experience .Also the app controls are super easy to use

Switches work well I use a phone to activate them comes with a free app works good

They make it more convenient turning lights on and off especially when they are on the other side of the room.

i couldn't connect it to my 5g network. it only connects to 2.4g and i don't know how to fix that

Well, there were two smart plugs in the box. One worked, but the other didn't. When i tried to reach out to Oossxx customer service to see if there was anything i could to make the plug work, I received an email that said the plugs doesn't work with Alexa and only the app. So even though one plug does work and IS connected to my Alexa as the description of the product says it does, apparently, oossxx customer service reps have no knowledge of their product and will be useless if you contact them. I do not recommend this product or any oossxx products to anyone.

It's not worth it. Having too much trouble just downloading the app. It's not compatible with with my devices I currently have.

these are incorrectly advertised a 5 g. they only work with 2.4. Also, they had been used and reboxed.
