The tape is easy to apply, and although I did not feel a tingle right away, I am confident my hamstring will feel the benefits of the tape by tomorrow morning when I wake up. I love the packaging and how they are already pre cut strips ready for you to just use them. Very comfortable to use them, super soft. You can right away smell the menthol on them. Also as soon as you put them on the affected area you will feel a cold sensation that will tone into cool. Totally effective.

I love how this has a sticky back and tightens up, so you can make it as tight or as loose as you want. I also love that it is already cut into lengths, so you can apply it without carrying knives or scissors with you. It contains magnesium and menthol, which are amazing for aches and recovery, and it comes with a resealable bag to keep the menthol contained. I really love this product-it has done wonders!
