I only received a package of larger ears. I was actually needing the smaller ears that are pictured. The larger ears did work with my Halloween costume, but the ad was misleading, as it shows and lists two pairs of ears.

Dishonest marketing
The description says two ears are included in the order, one pair large and the other smaller. When the package arrived it only included one set of ears. The sticker on the back of the package claimed it included two. Dishonest marketing. Would not purchase again.

Disappointed – Missing Pair and Open Package
I ordered these elf ears because the listing said 2 pairs, but only one pair arrived, and the packaging was already partially opened. Tried reaching out to customer service and it wasn't helpful at all. Definitely won't recommend — poor quality control and bad experience overall.
