BUYMAX 5" & 6" Ceramic Orchid Pots with Holes and Trays, Mushroom Alabaster White, Set of 2

I wish now I had taken photos of the packaging. Seller deserves high recognition for the care taken to carefully box this set. The drain screens were a very pleasant surprise. I am so used to not seeing them I was puzzled for a few moments. As you may or may not be able to tell finding these was perfect timing. My spider plant was multiplying faster than I expected and it was time to split them up. Very thick, very classy yet neutral design. And a crisp white color (which my phone's camera never seems to capture).

Beautiful sea shell pattern planters. I’m m grinding some herbs for the kitchen and these go so well w our other dishes. They came in very carefully packed. No chips, irregularities. Can’t wait to transfer the baby herbs into these beauties! I’m def happy w my purchase.

Packaged securely and arrived exactly as expected. The ceramic is thick and durable, featuring a beautiful shell design. It also includes a plastic insert to keep the drainage hole clear and prevent clogging.

Excellent pots. Will be the perfect home for my cacti, succulent and queen of the night plants. Arrived packaged very well and unbroken. Buy these with confidence, you’ll get em one piece.

These pots are wonderful not only are they good looking my orchids are thriving in them. I had transplanted two The one looked alright right away, but the other one looked like it was dying and I put it in that pot and I can see a big difference. It’s growing. It’s shiny green. Of course this was within about two months after it was put in to that pot I’ll be ordering more of those in the near future thank you.

These are high quality, beautiful pots for a fantastic price. I ordered 3 packages. Strangely, I received a different style than on the listing… but I like them even better. See photo.

BUILD QUALITY: Overall the quality is good with the glaze and embossed design being even and without flaws. However, both the planter and the saucer do not sit completely level/flat. Not horrible though. Just a slight bit of rocking. Not really a deal breaker! Also, the drain holes are off-center. Not really a big deal either. WOULD I RECOMMEND?: Yes, I do recommend! Price is more than fair for pots of this quality. I'm gonna do some custom colors on the smaller planter. BTW, the one in the photos with the pothos in it is the larger one.

These pots arrived damaged. Walmart's required return process was laborious, and I ended up deciding not to even return the items because of the amount of work it was going to require. I offered to send photos of the damage. They declined. I was told I needed to repackage them and take the items to the nearest UPS or FedEx store which is 40 miles from me. I asked if they would consider doing a pick up at my door and they said they would put me on hold and ask for an exception. They did offer to pick the item up at my door through Fedex. I asked if they would be sending a replacement set once the previous set that's damaged is returned and they told me no - this is not available for a replacement - so I would go through all those steps to get my refund, but I still would not have the product that I need. They told me I could re-order the item and see if it was available still (and they would "assure" that the second order did not arrive damaged. How?) I find this frustrating and rarely do I deal with this when purchasing online from other merchants. I do not recommend this product unless you can find it in a store, but I do not believe it's carried by Walmart. If it was securely packaged with more padding between the planters and the box, or extra cushioning around the external package and the internal box- or they would stand by the product when it arrived defective instead of making it into my issue to resolve, I might be more likely to recommend it. I thought they were cute. The color was nice. The sizing was accurate, but the packaging was not secure enough. Do not recommend this item or this seller, based on the hoopla involved in replacement or return. I'll turn the piece to the back and be angry about it instead 🤣🙄
