Came With Brake Pads
Fit good on my Schwinn bike but I didn't get the 12 little screws shown in picture. I did get the 8 long screws. Also stops good.

I live in the mountains and love riding my bike everywhere. Although these brakes are better than what came from the factory, I would say not much better. No doubt they would be OK on relatively flat areas, but they have already failed me in less than a month.
