I was delighted with the suitcases.
The suitcases are pretty and sturdy. The zippers zip easily. The compartment organizers are wonderful.

Ready to Cruise
Product (suite case set) was exactly as described. Ordered two sets (then ordered a third set for a family member). Delivery was several days earlier than expected which required adjusting our schedule to insure someone was home...but that was an anticipated and not an issue. Items were packaged appropriately and arrived with no damage.

Looks great and durable (so far)
Got at a great sale price over Memorial Day weekend as a HS graduation gift for my daughter who was moving cross country for college. Before her move, we traveled to Costa Rica, and the luggage held up very well for the long trip. Love that it came with the set of packing cubes, a nice bonus! Lightweight and pieces easily nest for storage.

Damaged
The luggage itself was great! It’s all the extra storage containers it came with, that was awful!! All mine have holes in them… :(

Product came damaged with wheels twisted in and case with dents. Not able to take on trip due to malfunctioning wheel and the product just looks bad. Bought for my 84yo father to take on trip with wife for her birthday but will have to send back and hopefully I can order something that will come in time for their trip. Such an inconvenience.

YOU SENT ME THE WRONG COLOR SUITCASES AND WHEN I CALLED, NO ONE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO! SO, I WILL TRY AND ENJOY THE BLACK WITH BROWN TRIM SUITCASES. IT MAKES ME WONDER WHAT IS GOING ON IN WALMART! I DO PRAY FOR YOU AND GOD BLESS! PAT HENRY
