I upgraded my ranger finally from the blown stock speakers with these Pioneer speakers. I strongly recommend these to anyone on a budget! My truck had wiring for rear speakers already there but no speakers. So I ordered two pairs and wow! I also upgraded the stock cassette player to a Pioneer CD player. It had plenty of power to push these speakers.

I bought these to replace the factory speakers in my 96 ranger. They fit perfectly. And sound great compared to the originals. If your looking for an easy upgrade that brightens the sound of your mids and highs for less than $30 then these will do the job. Bass is not mind blowing but they are still only a 5x7.

Easy install and great sound

Excellent replacement for my stock 2014 f150 speakers. They sound the same, but are much better quality than the original equipment as far as construction and electrical connection.

I purchased a pair of these pioneer speaker's to replace the two front door speaker's in my '99 Ford Expedition. My drivers side door speaker was blown. I saw these online, and had to order them site to store. These are not a stock item at Walmart store's. Shipping was fast and also free when shipped to store for p/u. For the price, they are a good set of replacement speaker's. They sound good enough for my stock system, and supply ample bass/treble for the sound system. The only reason I gave this item four stars is because they did not come with good instruction's on how to wire them properly. The wire's for each speaker are color coded differently. I had to research this more extensively to make sure I had the correct negative and positive connection's. Be careful when wiring them because it is possible to damage the speaker's if you reverse the polarity. Otherwise, these are a good set of name brand speaker's, and they are well worth the price...Rock On !!!

First had these connected to my head unit. They sounded good. Great clarity. But lacking in any real bass. Later added 50 watts per channel amp and they absolutely came alive. Loud and clear. Bass response was improved but after adding a subwoofer I used a hpf crossover removing all the bass from these 6x8s. Without the bass, they were even louder yet. I realize there are better speakers around, but for this price range, these speakers are the best.

For the price you can't beat them.
