This plug is great to use in tight spaces. Behind furniture that needs to fit against the wall this device allows use of any outlet located behind furniture.

I use this so that my dresser can go flat aginst the baseboard and still have my air purifier plugged into the outlet on the wall behind. This is still working perfectly after six months of use.

Had a tight space to plug in cord. This worked perfectly to plug in cord on the side.

These flat outlets are small. They are not grounded and therefore don't work for many items you might want to plug in to a bathroom or kitchen outlet. Also, extending one plugin to two is your best option. I found that three additional plugs may cause problems. Extender will not stay secure under the weight or you may overload you power circuit for the particular outlet you extend if you actually try to run three items at once. I do like the size which is valuable based on location, etc.
