The Cuisinart Multiclad pro 2qt saucepan is wonderful. It heats up fast, even and maintains heat throughout the cooking process. I am finally able to simmer foods without causing liquids to boil.

Good heavy pan…great for induction stoves. Added this one to my bundle as we needed an in between size.

This is a very superior sauce band in every way. There are a few items that I would change. The handle is overly long and makes picking it up unstable. Another good thing would be to have a glass cover so you could see what's cooking.

I absolutely love my cooktop! This is my first time using something like this and it sure beats the old coil burner cooktop burners. It works very well and is very easy to figure our with the instructions that come with it.

Love them! The handle and the lid handle don't get hot, so you can take off the lid to see how things are doing. It's nice to be able to hold the handle without a hot pad. I just wish I could see into the pot without having to open the lid.

This is a perfect size for everyday cooking. I wish it was included in the set package instead of the larger saucepan. Easy to clean and maintain and looks great.

Nice heavy pan. Things to think about… this has a flat solid lid. I steam a lot and so the basket I steam in doesn't fit with a flat lid. One plus is it's not a glass lid. I love it and use everyday!

Love the sauce pan. Nice weight and love the durability and even cooking. Doesn't seem to display any hot spots. As a former professional chef it meets my standards.

I bought this to replace one I accidentally over heated and subsequently deformed and discolored. The replacement is noticeably lighter, confirmed by comparison on a commercial scale. The extra weight of the old one makes it feel professional
