2-Stage Knife Sharpener

This is the third sharpener which I have purchased, but the only one that works quickly and easily. I bought an electric sharpener that tore up the edges of my knives. Then I bought a manual sharpener that was far too complicated, with different pieces for different sizes of knives and which had to be assembled with screws for each type of knife. I could never bring myself to actually use it. And last, I bought this Schmidt sharpener, which was much less money than the others, but which works perfectly. It's so easy to use and sharpens my knives perfectly in seconds. I only wish it was the first sharpener which I purchased, because I would have saved so much money and time!

This works like many other similar knife sharpeners, but it is so handsome I don't feel like it has to be hidden away when not being used. Keeping it right beside the awesome "Black Downtown" knife block makes it quick and easy to run a blade through it for consistently sharp knives.

I ordered the knife sharpener, but I haven't received it yet. Hopefully it's as great as the knives. For my knives that I ordered, the knives are great!

This is a very sturdy sharpener, nothing cheep feeling about it. I like that it has areas to work on your blades depending on how worn your blade is. I think I would even gift one of these to a friend.

I just bought this a couple of weeks ago and what a game changer it was! Highly recommend, my knives are so sharp.

Very ergonomic to use and sharpens knives very well. This is the first knife sharpener that I don't hide when not in use as it is very attractive.

Such a difference from our old knives which were expensive! These knives makes our everyday cooking/preparing so much easier

Nice compact sharpener. Haven't needed to use them on the new knife set yet but sharpened an old chef's knife to a good sharpened stated

Renews the edge quickly and easily on my Schmidt Brothers knife. I use it on a very inexpensive knife as well with great results.

Fits in a drawer. Matches my knife set perfectly. Sharpens beautifully.
