I hope rare lack of quality control
Centrifugal force clutch is a pain , but my carburetor wasn't set up. It wouldn't idle so I turned it up, took it for test drive and barely got back, fuel screw was basically loose. There are only 2 settings and they were not set

Mediocre quality. Noisy and smoky. Also very poor instruction manual.
