Simple, easy to use. No prior experience in Chemisty required. Much more accurate than test strips which minimizes potential damage to pumps, surface of Spa, and whatever.

Taylor has changed the method of testing Chlorine in this kit. Instead of putting in 5 drops of two different liquids, then comparing the color to decide what the Cl level is, you first add a powder, then fill a syringe %26 add it slowly until the liquid turns clear. At first this goes slowly, but with practice it goes faster. It will always be slower than the old method, but it is much more precise. I like it because I prefer to keep the Chlorine at the lower end of the range, which requires more precision than the old method afforded.

This test kit allows me to test for pretty much everything with my pool. The only thing it doesn't do is add the chemicals for me. Now if they could invent that.....

I had been using test strips and for a daily check they were fine but when something was off they weren’t great for determining quantities of chemicals that need to be added. The Taylor K2006 is perfect for getting accurate results. The instructions are easy to follow and U enter my results into the pool math app to figure out what the pool needs. I spend maybe 15 minutes a week and my pool water is crystal clear.

Haven't got it yet so how am I going to write a review

This could be a great pool water test kit. However, in the one I received the print on the water tube is defective and only has the color code for Ph. I have no way to check my CL levels with this unit. (see picture)
