[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a few face tans now and this one is so far my fave. As a very acne prone girly this doesn't break me out, doesn't look weird in my pores, and gives me a really nice natural glow. A very good tan. Pump is a bit tricky but doesn't leave weird splotches like other face tan sprays.
I really like this product. I tan with the original aero every week and, while that stays really well, I do find that my face becomes pale again before the rest of my body (just due to makeup, makeup removal and skincare I think). This is great for topping up my face to match the rest of my body. The colour is great but the best thing is how easy it is to apply, I just spritz a few times, blot and blend with a mitt and go to sleep!
First time I applied the product I reapplied it after like 30 mins for a deeper tan as I'd read a review saying it didn't make much difference but nopeee :joy: one go is enough! It took me a while to figure out how to use the pump as it's really hard to press down you have to use two hands. It's great because I used to struggle getting an even tan on my neck with regular tan but this works fab and matches the rest of my tan. Smell is fine I don't really remember a distinct smell to be honest. My face looked glowy and tan, however I am acne prone and I'm not sure if the product caused it but I did break out a little bit, nothing major but a couple tiny white heads, however I still prefer to use this than put my regular tan on my face.
Tried this, the application was really tricky. The bottle was really hard to press for the applicator, I had to steady the bottle with one hand and use my other hand to press and hold towards your face. It came out really runny rather than foam and I had to make sure I rubbed all the dribbles in. It didn't seem to do a lot. I then showered and the tan developed further. It was a brilliant colour, the best I have ever used, there was no 'tan' smell, it lasted really well and faded naturally. Best face tan finish I have ever used. Please get the application better.
The pump is very hard to use then the spray is more of a spit and less of a mist which isn't nice to put on your face. Formula is very sticky and took 5 hours to dry properly. I wore it bed and upon wakening it had come off the sides of my face and the middle of my face is bright orange :weary: love bondi sands but this is the worst face tan I've ever used.
I had to leave a review because not enough people are saying that this product literally smells like sick!! I actually couldn't believe it when I sprayed it on my face. Develops into a decent colour but much prefer the pure tanning moisturiser which has no scent
I love Bondi Sands and use the foam tanner frequently, so I was looking forward to this product. Sadly, it went on and came off patchy and looked a very unnatural orange colour on me. On the bright side, it smelled nice and dried quickly and light. But the patchy orange coverage didn't do it for me, and I'm sad because I was really hopeful for this product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately like all other self tans this one was no different. I was allergic. Expensive and says for very sensitive skin, but still contains the tan activator that most people with sensitive skin are allergic to. Sorry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot pump the bottle, very disappointed with this, so I can't get the mist to action
I can't even review the colour of this as I can barely get it to work! I don't know if I get a bad bottle but it doesn't spray, it dribbles... and in order to get it to dribble you have to use your whole hand to push the top down I love bondi sands but I'm disappointed by this :(
