From ordering it to door, came in very quickly. Building the bike was easy with the instructions and gives you the tools took me about an hour and half. Everything feels great from the seat to wheels, breaks to suspension super great. 750 watt motor good for power and can be unlocked though dont work from what people say to do but I have found out how. I stand at 6ft 7in or 2.01m and can be flat foot it no problem and I weigh about 157pounds. The break lights and turn signals are great and headlight is nice and bright for night riding and letting other cars know you are turning left or right. It does climb the hills well least for me before I unlocked it going up it from 20MPH down to 19MPH but when unlocked who knows. So if its your first time or not for ebike I do say get the bike even if its not on sale I bought it for 629.99usd before tax and shipping but in total came out to 747.81usd. The hikeep support team are great and very quickly within two days.
Everything about this bike has met or far exceeded my expectations. I paid $677 total-$521 for the bike, 3 year protection plan for $59, and $59 shipping. I bought the bike on Oct. 1st and it came on Oct. 3rd. a week faster than the quoted shipping time. It's easy to put together, the battery lasts over 30 miles full throttle, and once unlocked it was running around 32 mph. I'm more than happy with this bike!
Bike came as described and one week sooner than initial delivery estimates. So far so good, bought warranty JIC. My son loves it, sure there are ones with better performance, but cost more too. But my hopes are that this will last for 3 yrs with no issues… if not, I gots my warranty.
Bike came in good order I ordered two and i got to say it's fun to go play in a new way. don't delay buy one today. bike wad easy to unlock now does 35 mph it's been a 🐝 you can see I'm a big guy 210 lbs. it will do 35 with ease it handled the forest rd pictured like a champ
So I got this bike for price after seeing a review by The Mad Squirrel. A few things I liked first. You are able to jailbreak the unit but you will have to do some MAJOR research on how to get to the screen. My top speed at MY weight afterwards was 27 mph It does come as a default legal under 20 mph bike which is nice. The light is bright and nice however tail lights are small The seat (saddle) , 23 x 7 x2 in thickness larger at the rear post is fair. The assembly is a rough one if your by yourself.. I advise having a friend . You will need some type of metal or heavy duty snips. The battery will need to be cycled a few times and mine just wouldnt show when it was charging, when I reached out to customer service a debacle ensued to where I said forget it.. THIS IS HIGHLY disappointing. I should be able to get a part that is a major fire safety component and not play Russian roulette every time I have to charge it worrying about overcharge ...for replacement I shouldn't have to trade in the entire bike. One, motor that doesn't really peak at the 1k stage. I added mirrors which I feel is a MAJOR safety need. The display is bright HOWEVER it shows battery in bars , not percentage...eghh Brake pads are not a common so get a set once you get this . it DOES have shimano railers which is nice. Im 5"11 240 and I get around 35 miles on full assist which is "ok" The handle bar is a set bar so if you need to go high.. to bad. 2 sets of keys... boooooo , more to loose Little locations to add accessories Overall its a GREAT STARTER bike or a good bike for a teen wanting fun off road maybe.
So a couple weeks ago I've ordered your hikeep K6-L model from Walmart. But my only issue is the my speed limit only stops at 19mph instead of 27-32mph. And I'm confused if I should cut any wires because when I change the settings it shows that speed had increased but still stands at 19mph. So I'm contacting you guys to see if you can help my resort this issue of mine, I would appreciate the help.
Stay away! This company sent the bike with flat tires. Refused to issue a partial refund. Refused to send the parts that I had to order from Amazon. Customer service is awful nothing but regurgitated nonsense. Don't even bother.. I ordered this second bike after not receiving my first. I've been emailing this company since September 15 in regards to these problems. And has yet to offer any type of resolution.. Walmart refuses to refund as well because it's a third-party company. So stay away and keep your money or go with a different bike company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER, SOLD DEFECT BIKE UPON CONTACTING THEY PROMISED TO PROVIDE A RETURN LABEL. DESPITE SEVERAL ATTEMPT SELLER FAILED TO PROVIDE A RETURN LABEL.
Junk. Bought this bike for my son for Christmas. He has had it for less than four months now and it has been problem after problem. As a matter of fact, it didn't even work when it was delivered. They had to send us a new battery upon delivery because the battery was completely dead and wouldn't charge at all. That was only the beginning of the problems. This bike is NOT worth $800 . Spend your money on something more dependable.
Received bike quickly which was good. after easy assembly, went for road test and bike only goes 20 on flat ground when website says 32 mph. same bikes in the neighborhood are going 32mph but this one wont. sent two messages to Walmart customer service but all they wrote back was that they contact the seller and we would hear something in 48 hours. that didn't happen. wrote to the Hikeep people directly but again still haven't heard back. Customer service with Walmart an Hikeep is not going well.
