Great Trike, Great Ride, Great Fun

Biff January 18, 2017

I've had my Mobo shift about 7 months. It's fantastic. I have spinal stenosis and had to give up my regular bike. Found you on line, looked it over and ordered. It wasn't to hard to put together. The instructions could have been a little clearer. When I went to YouTube and watched the video, some of the instructions there were different than the ones that came with the bike. It was a bit confusing. Beyond that, I ride it almost every day. I'm on my second set of rear tires. I was able to convert to street tires by getting them at the local bike shop. My longest ride has been 7 miles. I have no problems going up small hills or inclines like bridges. It's nice to be able to pull over in a nice area and just sit and watch nature. When I have had any problems, I always good quick and good help from you people. One time the return call was a little late, a week, The man who called couldn't apologize enough for not getting back. I am always satisfied when I need and get assistance for my bike. It's winter here at the moment, so my bike is in the garage. I'm looking forward to another season of riding my Mobo shift. I will buy another one when this one goes. Be sure of that.

Commuter's Dream Vehicle- Relax and enjoy the Ride

Wheels613 March 17, 2015

This is a great bike for ditching the gas chugging car and getting to work while fitting in some daily exercise. Keeping in mind that this is not meant to take hills, the sturdy base and the way it uses muscle groupings is great for long rides when a regular bike might give pause for concern. I love having the resting angle to my back as well as the sensitive steering with my arms relaxed and responsive. This is a commuter's dream vehicle!

Great Exerciser

Jack December 26, 2017

Bought the cruiser to get some exercise as I can't walk much of any distance. Was afraid a regular bike would be a problem because of my back. I can ride this for miles without stress and get some fresh air doing it. I am 74

Sweet Ride

maggie September 22, 2018

Have put 30 miles on the MoboSift and have enjoyed the ride. In fact, I was enjoying it so much that took on a hill that was too steep and wiped out. Never ever ride without a helmet. Don't get reckless, the Shift responds to the slightest touch and turns accordingly. If you are going too fast and put pressure on the turn levers, you will regret it. I will be back on the trail in two weeks, a much wiser MoboShift rider. Truly a sweet ride.

Excited but a couple issues

Heather ash August 24, 2018

I just got my bike yesterday and built it today. It was not that hard to build and seems to be holding ok. I have an autoimmune disease and my main point of pain is my hips and back. I got this because of the back support and being low to the ground. I rode it for a while today and it's going to take some getting use to. The steering is touchy and the turning radius is not that great. I don't know if it's because the tire need to be filled more but the tires skid sometimes when you try to pedal. I think these are all things will be fine once I get more use to the bike. It's nice that people with disabilities or are unable to ride a conventional bike have options. The reason for the 4 star is because one of the parts is obviously rusted and they tried to cover it with paint to hid it. It's very obvious.

Very good for older people with equilibrium issues

Rob1 March 15, 2015

It is a fun way to transport yourself and get some exercise when a two wheeler is no longer an option. Shortcomings are: - going uphill on an asphalt road makes the front wheel slip making it necessary to get off and push the thing. - I have not yet found a way to store my cane, let alone a pick-nick or even my camera making the Mobo less useful as a fun vehicle.

MOBO SHIFT REVIEW

GILMOBOCRUISER January 16, 2015

I LIKE WHAT YOU GUYS THOUGHT OF EXCEPT FOR ONE THING THAT I FEEL IS MISSING, MULTIPLE SPEED. THE LEAST YOU GUYS COULD HAVE CAME UP WITH IS A 3 SPEED. CAN YOU GUYS COME UP WITH AN UPGRADE KIT FOR A 3 SPEED SOON?

Poorly stored product

Amanda October 22, 2025

The wheels came so warped it could barely be put together. The tire inner tubes were dry rotted and popped as soon as they had air in them. you cant gain speed like on a bicycle at all, truly a walking pace. Im just unable to enjoy properly because all 3 tores are warped and either coming off the rim or wobbeling too bad to drive.

mobo shift extension

higherhealing May 21, 2018

I have just purchased the mobo shift on the 2nd of May, 2018. I just installed it and went for a ride. Only to find that the extension rode continues to extend while I was riding the bike. I had to stop riding and adjust the extension joint back into place many times over, as it kept jumping out of length position. And it became to extended to continue riding. Is this a fault in this bike? I am not happy that I was Not able to ride without stopping to adjust the length back again, so I could ride back home again.
