Would recommend at about 50-60% of the cost. The cup-hold is not very sturdy and only holds a small bottle or cup. A “grande” Starbucks coffee cup is too wide at the top, so even though the cup fits, it tips out of the holder. The USB charging connector is only USB-A (not “C”) and it's hidden under the handle making it difficult to get to without moving the spring-loaded handle. Plus there's nowhere inside the case to mount or hold the battery pack. I've also recently learned the TSA requires immediate access to the power brick for removal which cannot be done without opening the suitcase. The telescoping handle has a holder that's supposed to support a phone. I have an iPhone 15pro (in a very thin case) and the phone is too fat to fit in the holder. With all those issues if the case was about $50-$60 it'd be worth it as it becomes equivalent to other similarly priced hard-side zipper cases. This one has clamp close connectors with TSA locks. Be sure nothing is in the way of the edges or it won't close. It rolls smoothly and moves from a 4-wheeler to a Pullman case with ease. The hard plastic case appears durable although the black does show scuff marks easily.
