vanilla beans arent brown green beans
ive never bought vanilla beans before so I really don't know what to expect. i have seen many videos of plump beans and that's what i was expecting. mine weren't plump, and they seemed shorter than the ones ive seen on videos. but I added them to a bottle of vodka and the vodka has turned caramel colored in about 4 days. so I suppose they are doing what they were meant to do.
