this is a genuine Brother cartridge; replaced one out of ink so I expect it to be as good as the last one; I've learned in the past the off-brands don't last as long

Compatibility

Ireally like my brother printer/copier/fax. Only negative is that it will not recognize non-brother ink cartridges. As we all know, ink is expensive so not being able to use non-brother ink is a real hassle.

I used to get it from Best Buy always and first time I bought from Walmart and it's quality is to poor after single print of paper it's almost 60% gone I do kt know how but not worth it

It was only half full, when I put it in the printer it showed half, I got colored ones too and they were full?

This review really pertains to the color cartridges, not the black (although, who knows, maybe the same thing will happen with the black cartridge) Anyhow, I'm a seasonal resident in FL. I had to buy the three color cartridges in late Nov and I've printed maybe 20 pages since then. Its now March and the yellow cartridge is dry and the printer will not print AT ALL, regardless of whether it is in color or black and white. I use a Windows laptop. However, we did find that we could print from an iPad despite the message saying the printer is out of ink. Windows won't let you get past that message. In summary, the printer works well enough but the inability to print when only one cartridge goes dry is ridiculous. What if the yellow goes dry fast on the next three pack of color cartridges? Will I end up with a pile of magenta and cyan cartridges that I never use? Off to Walmart I go, to buy another printer from another brand.

Never received.

I ordered 5 and was charged for 5 but only received 1 and these is no option online for thie complaint.
