Pretty good sequel to 2001. I remember seeing 2010 at the theater back in the day, and probably a couple other times on cable. But, it's been a long time since I last saw it. I've always enjoyed this movie so, it's great to finally own it on Blu-ray. I love the cast, and the story is interesting. The special effects are a bit dated but, they are still pretty cool. The picture quality and audio quality are suitable. Nothing mind blowing but, pretty good overall. Highly recommended to sci-fi fans, and fans of 2001.

Great scfi sequel on blu ray disc
A great sequel for that is a scfi classic. Fans of the original will love this sequel. What a wonderful film on blu ray disc.

I remember seeing this on Television a year ago and just couldn't get the story out of my head, finally I got the First Space Oddysey 2001, and found out the entire storyline. 2010 is much more nsync with my generation and I enjoyed watching it over a few times a month. Even when Understanding the only remaining character (actor) makes the movie more mysterious, for a Sci Fi Film.
