I was skeptical about buying them, but they came 5 days early and they are real. There were 2 backs of 30. There were 12 Pokémon cards and the rest energy's. There were a lot of doubles so you'll probably only get 7 new cards. There were 1 shinny in each pack. My 3 year old was still excited to go through them with her dad. I went to one Walmart and 2 targets this morning looking for cards and there were none stocked. One store had a line of 20 people waiting for the distributor. Another store in my city there was a line of 60 people who were waiting since 4am.
Trainer kits are Great. They come with everything you need (even the little things that are just nice extras) to play the game. And LEARN HOW. The mini decks are always well balanced, always comes with the two shown foils along with a non-foiled version of each plus the previous evolutions. Not recommended if you just want to collect the cards. As it does come with a lot of energy cards that are needed to play the game. These official pokemon packs are the ones I trust most.
Great number of characters my 9yr old Loved it
I love this box. I'm a collector of the cards.
my kids got into pokemon and this helped them learn a little easier than it would of with a stright up 60 deck plus they can later use the cards in other decks
There were a lot of duplicates like Trainers/Energies. I was excited but I got at least 7 of a same energy cards in just one pack.
This product was tampered with and the side was reglued. Also the package came all bent up. Which is sad because I bought this for my son's birthday that's coming up.
I bought this as a birthday gift for my son and the box had been previously ripped open and taped back together
