They look great, and were a bargain! Customer service was great during the order process also… they made the order and sent a link via email to access the order and pay. So easy! Will definitely buy from Real Truck in the future!

A snap "0?????????
Had both sides on in 15 minuted and the fit was perfect. So easy. Not the toughest stuff but its perfect for the intended use. Allowing both of my children an easy step to enter the the truck. RealTruck makes it so easy to upgrade. When new products arrive for my specific vehicle (2017 Titan) they email me. And Affirm makes it easier to convince my wife how badly my truck needs new gear.

Good Product
I installed them on my 2013 GMC 1500 Sierra, Ext Cab. I had the factory steps on it and found they weren't "user friendly". These running boards are much better. The driver side brackets and holes in the rockers needed a little modification for the bolts to go into the clips correctly. The passenger side was easily installed with no elongation of the bracket slots or holes in the rocker. Instructions were adequate at best. Overall I recommend them.

Brackets too obvious.
Not at all what I expected. Should have stepped up To your more expensive 5” running boards with tapered look and chrome from. Too much gap between body and board. Brackets tooobviois.

Product Damaged and Not Replaced
Our boards came in covered in scratches, and someone in the warehouse had taken a sharpie to them trying to cover them up. I've now been in the process of trying to get new ones sent out, it's been 3 weeks and we still have not heard from the Manufacturer. Terrible, slow customer service. Would not recommend.

Pure Junk.
The fit was unacceptable. The boards would not lie flat on the three brackets. Tightening all the bolts caused the boards to have a big twist. The brackets were thin and the boards flexed quite a lot with just 200 pounds, though they were rated not to flex with 300 pounds. I sent them back.
