2019 Apple iPad Mini Wi-Fi 64GB - Gold (5th Generation)

I give the new 5th generation Ipad Mini the 5 stars, but I have to back it down to 3 stars for Walmart.com that I ordered it from. This was ordered as a gift, but the "gift message" was not included anywhere in the package, so the recipient didnt know who the Ipad was from, or why she received it. I had to call to confirm that she received it and let her know who it was from. Walmart...if you expect to compete with Amazon you MUST get better at this.

I have an iPad pro and I love it. But for travel it's heavy and big. I purchased the iPad mini for airline travel and for those times when I have to carry a lot. The mini is light, even with a protective case. I use my iPads mainly for reading, social media, staying in touch, and entertainment. The mini can do all that easily and weighs next to nothing. Don't think twice if you're on the fence. Do it.

I like the new features on this pad. Better lighting, graphics and the ability to draw or write in cursive. Very cool! Only complaint is it's a wee bit bigger than the older pad so I needed a new cover for it. The photo holes didn't match up quite right. Minor issue..

Love everything about this iPad mini. Quality display, speed and its so slim and lightweight.

I use Windows on my other computer devices, but will give Apple it's due. The iPad has always led the way in tablets. I also have a Microsoft Surface and love it from a small PC standpoint. Both have their places. My dislike for Apple comes from their over-reaching control of their applications and difficulty in moving files between platforms without having to buy other software.

The kind of beautiful, high quality device we have all come to expect from Apple. This is the first mini in our iFamily-purchased for my mom, who loves reading e books. It is just the perfect size for that and fits nicely in a purse or tote bag! I like that it came in 64gb (I think full size iPads jump from 32 to 128gb).

I have a Mini 4 that still works great except for loading the Kindle app. It took repeated tries, restarts, and major frustration and as a major book reviewer I needed a reliable device that does not freeze. The IPad Mini 5 is just that. It is fast, great battery life, syncs effortlessly with my iPhone and loads the Kindle app on the first try! Most highly recommend.

No problems at all. Very nice product. Easy to use. Only trouble was the apps not loading. Downloaded them again and all is good.

Fits very nicely in my hand like an oversized kindle and I enjoyed reading a library ebook on the kindle app with the font size blown up. Great for having in a bag when I’m going around town on errands and can hook up on a WiFi to browse the web or email. Much better for extended use than an iPhone. Should be great for travel since it is smaller than the regular iPad.

Like the small size, but apple has changed the way the calendar is set. You can not see your appointment and other other date related items in the calendar. It is set off to the side. You can not see the whole month in the calendar. It will not hold the monthly calendar as your default. This makes see what is going on for the month and days available for appointments unusable.
