Once I figured out how to adjust the head straps, I really began to enjoy the Quest 2. This is my first experience with VR, so I don't know how it measures up with other headsets, except from all the positive reviews. I'm glad I didn't wait longer to invest in this amazing medium. You have to get used to the idea of something pushing on your face, but after an hour, I was accustomed to it. There are YouTube videos that will show you how to adjust the straps, which makes it easier to share the headset with others. The views are spectacular, and can be unnerving. Streaming services are starting to add VR content, existing games are being modified, and there is a nice selection of VR oriented stuff out there. Just like anything new, there is a bit of a learning curve, but the Quest 2 setup software does a good job of helping with that. I wouldn't mind if the battery life was a bit longer between charges, but then again, it's probably a good idea to set time boundaries anyway. I wear contact lenses, and I noticed that I need to pay attention to blinking more, as the views can make you stare, and my eyes can get a little dry. All in all, I am more than happy with my purchase.
