Don't Know its a Christmas gift

This was bought as a gift. It has not been used yet. The package came in a timely manner and was packaged very well. Everything was in the box that was suppose to be there. I will update when we use it and let you know how well it is.

Headset won't go thru initial setup (not an uncommon issue apparently). Oculus Support is not great and uShopMall's return policy is terrible. So I'm stuck with a brick at this point.

I have never been so angry about an order I received, I ordered the Onculus Quest ALL IN ONE VR headset. I received the caring case, wire, head strap, lens cover, and a random cheap set of headphones, not the ones advertised no no no, I got a lovely set of corded headphones that are pink with strawberries, the writing of course is all in Japanese. I DID NOT GET THE VR HEADSET, I DID NOT GET THE THE TOUCH CONTROLLERS, I DID NOT GET THE 128 G SSD CARD 3D AUDIO COMPONENT, this was one of 3 things my son asked for for Christmas, I sure hope I can find another one and get it in time for Christmas. DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY” I am lived.

oculus arrived broken. when setting it up i found that the keft lens was broken internally. I returned it to Walmart right away over a week ago still waiting for my refund.
