Absolute nightmare, both Lenovo and Walmart. Use the product 2 weeks, loved it. Then the network adapter crashed. No way to hook one of these machines directly to a modem, so even if it was just a matter of downloading a new driver, there's no way. So I had no choice but to return. Which stinks, because it takes hours to replace programs on one's computer.
So I fill out the return. Get a code to return. Go to the nearest Wakmart. But the store was all out of labels for a marketplace return, so I couldn't return it. Had to drive 45 minutes to another store. There I succeeded.
Went home to buy the same item and hope for the best. But in a mere 2 weeks the product had gone from $509 to $599!!!!!
I called Walmart, they offered no help because it's marketplace. As if this is E-Bay or something.
I spoke to a manager. He offered no help. Said I need to contact Lenovo. Hung up on me.
I'm not even mentioning the difficulty with the original purchase. I wanted to pay cash this time. Went to the store. No one was working electronics. So I tried to buy at the service window. They couldn't do it there, so they made me buy a giftcard so I could order it online. The girl didn't know how to do it for more than $500, so I had to buy 2 gift cards.
If you are thinking of buying this product, note the risk. If something goes wrong with the network adapter, you won't be able to go online and fix. There's no ethernet port, so no way to connect to the modem directly. And neither Lenovo or Walmart are honorable enough to make good when something THEY sold is defesctive.
