2023 Holiday Barbie Doll, Seasonal Collector Gift, Golden Gown and Dark Brown Hair

Went to Amazon site for same item. Price was the same but they were unable to fulfill order and were unable to give a date when it would be available. Went back to Walmart and it was delivered within a day or 2. Package was delivered and doll was in perfect condition!!

I have been buying a collectible Holiday Barbie for years. The 2023 doll the first time I had to buy the doll online, none of the local Walmarts stocked the 2023 doll. I have never been disappointed or displeased with any of the Holiday Barbie's I have collected.

This year's Barbie is the 35 year anniversary Barbie. I get these for my daughter every year for Christmas. This years is beautiful all dressed up in gold. She never takes them out of the box . I am not sure why the African-American version was priced $10 above the Caucasian version this year. This would be my only complaint which has nothing to do with the beauty of the doll itself I would recommend.

On the price Not only do you pay the shipping if you buy something from marketplace but you pay your shipping and too if you do t spend more than $30

I was sent the wrong doll I ordered the Black Barbie and received the Hispanic Barbie. I paid 79.95 for this doll and no one has been helpful in getting this situation resolved, So, I will be returning the doll and never ordering from Walmart again if this is the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE I can expect to receive from your establishment

When the item arrived, the box was destroyed that the Barbie was in. Makes it hard as a Collector because the Box is worth half. The money is.

I've been purchasing these dolls for almost 30 years for my daughter. What I would like to know is why is the Black Doll priced so much higher then the other dolls? All other years the 3 ethnicities were the same price. This year the black doll is priced much higher than the other ethnicities: White dolls - $45.00 $42.99 Lighter Skin w/blk hair - $62.84 Black - $62.95 Black Friday's Prices: White dolls - $39.00 Lighter Skin w/blk hair - $44.97 Black - $45.00 Oct 2022: All dolls - $39.94 Oct 2021: All dolls - $35.44 On November 10, 2023 I spoke with Adrian at 1-800-Walmart, who informed me that he would have someone contact me in reference to this situation... I never received a call... still waiting.

The box arrived smashed to the worst condition and was delivered in a plastic bag, i have never received my barbie in a bag, always a cardboard box and for it to be a collectable item there is no way that was acceptable being shipped across the world on a truck with who knows what else that could possibly smash it like it was.

Again, this is a collectable that arrived damaged as a Christmas gift for my wife which I will not give to her in this condition. She has not missed a Holiday Barbie since 1996, I just wish I could speak to someone about this matter to correct this.
