Hi. I bought it to my daughter as a surprise gift, but I Did a mistake. She wants the one that has the drive for CD. Do I need to return and buy it again, or we are able to exchange it?

I order the ps5 for my son on June 27 his birthday was the 30th it was delayed and they were supposed to deliver it on the 2nd. I never got it but it was marked that I refused it . I called and said no one came to my house. Walmart assured me that they would expedite it overnight . It it the 11 I still don't have it . Contacted the seller they said contact Walmart. I told them I can go in to a store and buy it . It's 11 days after his bday . Yet I still dont have a ps5 or my refund . They just keep saying they will have to see . Never again this was the worst experience ever. This seller seems like a scam and there products aren't real .

Missing my midnight controller as well as game case that was included with my order . Been on hold for more than a hour . When someone does come to the phone they ask me the same question over and over again I'm back on hold… package did come a week earlier than the given date. 1st bad experience
